Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET, JS)

Project is the leading online platform and advisory service providing insight-driven and personalized solutions to family caregivers needing help with their senior loved ones.

We are looking for a hands-on software engineer with deep technical expertise in both client side and server side technologies from C# to JavaScript.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience
  • Expert with .NET from Framework to Core
  • Strong experience with JavaScript
  • You are curious and always keep learning
  • You have a strong passion for new technologies and driving innovation
  • Delivery of high quality & production ready code is high priority for you
  • You consider yourself as someone who is ready to look for innovative solutions
  • Learning technologies and expanding your skillset is always on your mind
  • Experienced in implementing design patterns
  • Definition of Done for you doesn’t end at completed PR
  • Upper Intermediate or higher English level

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your peers in Product, Design, Scrum Masters and technology to innovate on current and future product offerings
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Participating in meaningful and thorough code reviews
  • Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of the application
  • Collaborate with the team to ship new features rapidly
  • Optimize web sites for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to a team of onsite or off-shore developers
  • Provide guidance on technologies, architectural patterns, and frameworks
  • Ensure smooth operation of production systems hosted in AWS or other Cloud
