We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a telecommunications provider with the definition of solution architecture and migration strategy. This is a part-time engagement for 1–2 months, focused strictly on architecture and planning activities (no delivery or implementation).
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- 2+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Strong background in solution architecture and system design.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the telecommunications domain.
- Understanding of Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- Salesforce System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Data Architect certification.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce system architecture.
- Analyze and optimize Salesforce license usage.
- Define implementation roadmap.
- Create data migration strategy for transitioning from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Provide architectural guidance for migration of sales, delivery, and maintenance processes.
