The Trainee Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the project’s operational and people-related processes. This position involves coordinating hiring and onboarding activities, maintaining efficient communication among teams, and ensuring smooth project operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidates based in Lviv and able to visit the office will be considered first.
Work schedule: 11:00-20:00
Requirements:
- The candidate should have a proven track record of leadership in previous roles, ideally as a manager or supervisor in other domains or industries.
- The candidate should have experience or knowledge in process management, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to ensure project success and efficiency.
- The organizational skills for managing tasks, schedules, and resources effectively.
- The candidate should be able to convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Understanding of people management (1to1, performance management, feedback).
- Organizing, leading (facilitating) events, and meetings.
- General usage of Google Suits or MS Office, Jira.
- English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on collaboration and results
Responsibilities:
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes for project employees
- Organize, oversee, and monitor open vacancies, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve operational blockers that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance account efficiency
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, business reviews, and case studies
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions for project teams
- Gather feedback from team members and assist in initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization
- Other organizational and administrative tasks that might appear based on project needs
