Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are currently seeking a proactive and goal-oriented individual who is curious to learn about the inner side of the IT business. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work directly with our CEO and partially with Top-management team, having an opportunity to gain unique experience, seeing the processes from the inside and having the chance to directly impact their smooth execution.

We consider candidates in Lviv only.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or other administrative role;
  • Proactive and driven individual with a focus on achieving results without constant supervision;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and organize others;
  • Ability to work under pressure and be resilient to the last-minute change of plans;
  • Being able to work with deadlines;
  • Loving the details and being scrupulous;
  • Being skilled in Microsoft Office applications and task-tracking apps (e.g.: Trello);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO;
  • Prepare Meeting Agenda for the CEO, prepare meeting notes, and organize logistics of the meetings if needed;
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents and presentations;
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;
  • Prepare official emails and documents on behalf of the CEO;
  • Manage CEO’s travel plans, visas and other important travel documentation; make sure that all information for business trips is gathered, prepared and always accessible for the CEO (in team with our Travel Agent);
  • Help the CEO with some personal tasks when needed, etc.
