Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal data when we send SMS/text messages related to our services (non‑marketing, one‑to‑one “Customer Care” communications) to our clients and their authorized contacts.
What we collect
Identifiers: name, business role, mobile phone number.
Message data: message content, time/date, delivery and routing metadata from carriers.
Interaction data: your replies (e.g., HELP/STOP), support preferences, and linked ticket or project IDs.
How we use the data
To send service‑related messages (scheduling, status updates, account or project notifications).
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To meet legal, security, and fraud‑prevention needs, and to maintain carrier/TCR compliance.
We do not sell personal data and do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.
Legal basis / consent
We send texts only to recipients who (i) provided their number for service communications, and (ii) gave consent via onboarding, contract/SOW, or a direct request to our support team. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We share data with vetted vendors that enable messaging (e.g., telephony providers, carriers, The Campaign Registry), IT/security providers, and professional advisors. We require contractual safeguards and limit use to our instructions.
Retention
Message content and minimal logs are retained only as long as needed for support, security, and compliance purposes; typical retention is 12–24 months, unless a longer period is necessary for legal claims or audits.
Your choices
Opt‑out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
HELP: reply HELP for assistance or contact us via the channels below.
You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your data (subject to legal limits).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International transfers
Messaging may involve cross‑border routing through carriers. Where required, we apply appropriate transfer safeguards.
