Junior/Strong Junior UX Designer
We are looking for a Junior/Strong Junior UX designer with commercial experience to join Sombra and contribute to our long-term project in the logistics industry for a U.S.-based customer.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working on commercial projects.
- A portfolio with 2+ high-quality projects (case studies).
- Proficiency in Figma (including components, prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers
- Ability to analyze and optimize user flows.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated design thinking skills.
- Upper-intermediate high/ Advanced English proficiency.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using analytical tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Generated ideas and proposed solutions to continuously optimize usability.
- Collaborate with the product owner and business analyst to clarify requirements.
- Participated in design syncs with the frontend team to transform requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
- Contributed to the development and maintenance of the design system.
- Created and maintained detailed usability documentation to support consistency and scalability.
