Junior UX/UI Designer

The purpose of the Fintech project is to create and maintain banking platforms. Users are bank employees, which is about 10,000. The platform is used to serve bank clients who would like to invest their money in one of Canada’s largest banks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in UI/UX design.
  • A portfolio with 3+ high-quality projects (not just course exercises).
  • Strong ability to work independently and bring new ideas.
  • Proficient in Figma (mandatory), Mural, and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, A.I.).
  • Experience creating wireframes and working within a design system.
  • Strong understanding of UI design, a good sense of aesthetics, and adherence to design standards.
  • Solid grasp of UX principles and the ability to think through user interactions effectively.
  • English level B2 or higher (conversational and professional communication required).
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be working on banking products, following an established design system that they will need to adhere to and occasionally update. Responsibilities will also include creating wireframes and ensuring a strong UX focus to enhance user interactions and overall experience.
