Middle Business Analyst
Our customer is a management consulting company specializing in Gross Margin Improvement and Cash Flow Optimization.
There’s a web analytics platform for analysis and population client data. It works with ERP systems. It’s possible to customize a system based on every client’s need.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Have experience at least in one business domain (MRP, CRM, logistics, SaaS)
- Have experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confulence).
- English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher
- Basic understanding of the ETL process
Responsibilities:
- Defining business needs, goals.
- Modelling business process.
- Involvement in pre-sales, discovery phase.
- Elicitation and gathering requirements.
- Provide requirements analysis.
- Performing prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
- Monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Working with the approved backlog.
- Preparation of artifacts, technical documentation, keep all docs in clients confluence
- Performing presentations and demos to stakeholders.
- Communication with stakeholders and their engagement.
- Describe tasks in a task tracking system
