Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an event management project from USA.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of leading projects in Agile environment
  • Agile coaching, Agile transformation, Agile evangelist
  • Experience in transformations from Waterfall to Agile
  • Experience with the clients from the United States
  • Flexibility and proactive attitude to work
  • The candidate should be able to convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Upper Intermediate English level and higher (both verbal and written communication skills)

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Enablement: Embedding agile practices within the organization, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies, developing and implementing new processes, and streamlining workflows.
  • Scrum Framework: Facilitating scrum events, ensuring the team understands and adheres to scrum principles, values, and practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address impediments.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics and providing regular reports on team performance and project progress.
