Strong Junior Business Analyst

Our client is a leading flooring specialist committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience. Serving customers looking to enhance or revamp their homes, the company has earned recognition as one of the fastest-growing private enterprises in the USA.

The project focuses on an ERP system and two iOS tablet applications, which are critical in managing inventory, orders, and sales.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Expertise in analyzing customer needs and creating detailed user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile teams.
  • Proven experience in engaging and communicating with international clients.
  • Collaborative experience working alongside UI/UX designers to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges, propose solutions, and evaluate alternatives.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the product owner to gather and refine project requirements.
  • Develop user stories and manage the product backlog to guide the team’s tasks.
  • Lead refinement sessions and maintain daily communication with the team throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Set tasks for the UI/UX designer to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support the project manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Update outdated documentation in Confluence.
