Our Approach

1. Paid subscription

The platform works on the subscription model. There are nine subscription plans, that differ by time of subscription and customization of the widget. Widgets should update automatically according to the subscription plan. For example, when the subscription plan ends, widgets no longer appear on the website. Also, the widgets’ design depends on the subscription plan, some plans provide bigger design options.

2. Widget customization

The client wanted to pay special attention to the widget look. It was important that users can create widgets of their choice. We developed an editor allowing us to customize widgets, users could build widgets that reflect their corporate style and fit into the website design.

Our front-end team worked over a month to develop an editor that incorporates all the necessary features: change the position of the CTA, colors, fonts, animation, content location, and screen extension.) It was crucial to create widgets that look good on every screen, device, and configuration and do not impact website performance.

  1. Integration with payment systems. The system charges payments and continues the subscription.
  2. Real-time analytics and easy-to-read charts. Users can see how their widgets work: Statistics of website visitors, open rate, etc.
