AI Lab designed an AI assistant that processes problem descriptions via text or voice input, classifies the issue and its urgency, identifies the responsible service based on category and geolocation, and automatically generates a well-structured request with relevant contact details. The system was built with a flexible architecture, allowing new categories, services, and locations to be added with minimal effort.
