A new module development for an ERP
The platform’s users (both Internal and External) do not have a simple solution to get insights into visualization of their marketing assets statistics (they need to export .xls files and manually generate graphs.) There’s a need to present statistics data in a visual format (graphs, bar charts, etc.) so that users can easily get insights.
How We Worked
We conducted a thorough Discovery phase involving a cross-functional team to define MVP requirements, user roles, and UI prototypes. Based on this, we designed a dashboard module in .NET and React.js, hosted on Azure, with secure SSO access and tailored insights for both internal and external users.
Solution
We developed a new module that enables internal and external clients to access results from digital communication statistics in a graphical manner in the form of a dashboard.
The dashboard provides stakeholders, such as marketing teams, management, and business owners with actionable insights on key metrics, including spending, total orders, and item categories.
Tech stack:
The solution to be built in .NET, use REACT.js and to be hosted on the MS Azure environment.
Core Functionality
To meet client requirements, the product includes the following features:
For the internal users:
- Dashboard should be accessed by user SSO
- Dashboard should show general statistics across all clients
- Dashboard should show statistics per selected client
For the external users (end-users):
- Dashboard should be accessed by user SSO
- Dashboard should show general statistics per Client
- Dashboard should show statistics per selected filters
Discovery Phase
A dedicated team consisting of a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Designer, and Solution Architect led the Discovery phase with a during of 1 month.
