Scalable partner engagement and operations enablement
To support business growth, the client required a scalable digital platform to onboard and engage new partners in alignment with their business model. The goal was to streamline partner operations by enabling them to independently select suitable equipment, generate standardized client proposals, and place orders for materials and services. The solution needed to offer a high degree of automation to minimize manual processes and ensure operational efficiency at scale.
Limited internal software development capabilities
The client lacked an internal software development team and required a reliable technology partner to support their product initiatives.
